Do you offer a free trial?
No. We offer a Free plan so you can start using GiveMe5 before upgrading.
What’s included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 1 location, 10 review invites per month (only by email), 25 GM5 Credits per month, basic features, and low priority support.
Can I keep the Free plan after upgrading?
No. When you upgrade to a paid plan, your account moves to the paid plan and the Free plan is no longer available on that same account.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per location. You can subscribe to AI Reviews, AI Listings, or choose the Bundle to access both. Each location can have access to different products.
What counts as a location?
A location means one Google Business Profile (GBP) listing (or equivalent primary listing/profile) connected to the Services.
Do you charge per user?
Each location includes up to 5 users. Pricing is based on locations and your selected plan. You can invite team members to help manage your account. Additional users are available and pricing is available (add-ons on the Plans page).
What’s the difference between AI Reviews, AI Listings, and Bundle?
AI Reviews focuses on collecting and managing reviews and feedback. AI Listings focuses on Google Business Profile management and local rank tracking. Bundle includes both Reviews and Listings for each location.
Do you offer monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing includes 2 months free.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and give you instant access to the new features. You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I change plans later (switch between Reviews, Listings, and Bundle)?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
How do review invites work across locations?
Review invites are shared across all locations on your account.
What counts as a review invite?
A review invite is an outbound invitation you send to a customer to request feedback (by email or SMS, depending on your configuration). If the same customer receives 3 emails and 3 SMS, it still counts as 1 review invite.
Do you send reminders for review invites?
Yes, on Review and Bundle plans, you can send up to 3 reminders per channel per invited customer, only if they haven't engaged.
Do you support SMS invitations?
Yes. SMS invitations are available in the US, CA, UK, and AU. You can also connect your Twilio account.
What are GM5 Credits and how are they used?
Each credit checks one map position or chat interaction with your AI Assistant. For example, scanning a 5x5 grid (25 positions) for one keyword costs 25 credits. Credits are shared across all locations.

Yes. GM5 Credits are shared across all locations on your account.
How do I connect my Google Business Profile (GBP)?
You connect your Google account to GiveMe5 and select the Google Business Profile locations you want to manage.
How fast do listing changes appear on Google?
Many updates appear immediately, but some changes can take longer depending on Google’s review process and the type of edit.
Can I manage multiple locations in one account?
Yes. You can manage multiple locations from the same dashboard.
Do you offer a custom plan for more locations?
Yes. If you manage more locations than the standard options, you can choose a custom plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime and your paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
If you cancel, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. After that, access will be downgraded to a Free plan (1 location: the first location added to your account).
Can I export my data?
No. We don't currently offer this feature.
Is support included on all plans?
Yes. Support is included on all plans, with prioritization depending on your plan (for example, low priority support on Free).
Do you charge taxes (sales tax/VAT)?
Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.
