Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. The App's Solo tier includes a 7-day free trial through the App Store / Google Play, and Pro includes a 7-day free trial — we ask for a card to start it, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
What’s the difference between the App and Pro?
The App is a mobile-only plan for iOS and Android — reply to reviews and manage your Google Business Profile on the go, with no web dashboard. Pro is the full web platform plus the App: review invitations (email + SMS), customizable ReviewBridge landing pages, surveys, local rank tracking, review widgets, multi-user management, and priority support.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is driven by locations. The App is sold in tiers by location count — Solo (1), Team (up to 3), Growth (up to 5), and Scale (up to 10) — billed monthly through the App Store / Google Play. Pro is $79/mo for your first location plus $49/mo for each additional location, billed via Stripe on the web.
What counts as a location?
A location means one Google Business Profile (GBP) listing (or equivalent primary listing/profile) connected to the Services.
Do you charge per user?
Pricing is based on locations and your selected plan, not on the number of users. Pro includes multi-user management so you can invite team members to help manage your account.
How much is Pro for multiple locations?
Pro is $79/mo for your first location and $49/mo for each additional location. For example, 2 locations is $128/mo, 3 is $177/mo, 5 is $275/mo, and 10 is $520/mo. Each location includes 1,000 AI credits per month.
Do you offer monthly and yearly billing?
Pro can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly billing includes 2 months free. The App is billed monthly only, through the App Store / Google Play — there is no annual App option.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
The App is billed through the App Store and Google Play, so you change or cancel your tier in your Apple or Google subscription settings (proration follows each store's rules). Pro is billed through Stripe, so you add or remove locations and change your plan in the web billing portal — upgrades are immediate with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. To move from the App to Pro, start Pro from the web sign-up and cancel your App subscription in the store.
Can I upgrade from the App to Pro?
Yes. Pro includes everything in the App plus the full web platform. Start Pro from the web sign-up, then cancel your App subscription in the App Store or Google Play so you aren't billed for both.
How do review invitations work?
Review invitations are part of Pro (the App does not include invitations). On Pro you get 100 review invites per location per month, and each invite can send up to 3 emails and 3 SMS on GiveMe5's number. Connect your own Twilio account for unlimited SMS at your own Twilio rates.
What counts as a review invite?
A review invite is an outbound invitation you send to a customer to request feedback (by email or SMS, depending on your configuration). If the same customer receives 3 emails and 3 SMS, it still counts as 1 review invite.
Do you send reminders for review invites?
Yes, on Pro. You can send up to 3 reminders per channel per invited customer, only if they haven't engaged.
Do you support SMS invitations?
Yes, on Pro. SMS invitations are available in the US, CA, UK, and AU, and you can connect your own Twilio account for unlimited SMS invitations.
Can I get my own number to send SMS to my customers?
Yes, on Pro. You can request access to your own dedicated sending number directly from the GiveMe5 dashboard, so SMS invitations go out from a number that's yours instead of the shared GiveMe5 number. This option is available in the US and CA only. If you'd rather use your own provider, you can also connect your own Twilio account for unlimited SMS at your own Twilio rates.
If a customer leaves a low rating, do you hide Google or other review sites? (review gating)
No — GiveMe5 does not do review gating. When a customer leaves a lower rating, ReviewBridge shows a short form inviting them to reach out so you can make it right, but it still shows the public review platforms (Google and others) exactly the same way it does for a happy customer. Every customer can always choose to post a public review. Review gating violates Google's policies, so we never remove or hide review options based on the rating.
What are AI Credits and how are they used?
AI Credits power the AI Actions you take in GiveMe5 — like rank scans, AI Assistant chats, and AI-generated drafts and summaries. Different actions use different amounts of credits, and the cost can vary between the App and Pro, so we always show you how many credits an AI Action will cost before you run it — for example, a rank scan of a 5x5 grid checks 25 map positions. The App includes a flat amount per tier (Solo 100, Team 300, Growth 500, Scale 1,000 per month), and Pro includes 1,000 credits per location per month.
How do I connect my Google Business Profile (GBP)?
You connect your Google account to GiveMe5 and select the Google Business Profile locations you want to manage.
How fast do listing changes appear on Google?
Many updates appear immediately, but some changes can take longer depending on Google’s review process and the type of edit.
Can I manage multiple locations in one account?
Yes. With Pro you can manage multiple locations from the same web dashboard.
Do you offer a custom plan for more locations?
Yes. If you manage 11 or more locations, contact us for a custom plan tailored to your portfolio.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime and your paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period. Cancel the App in your Apple or Google subscription settings, and cancel Pro in the web billing portal.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it ends — there is no free fallback plan. For the App, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings; for Pro, cancel in the web billing portal.
Can I export my data?
No. We don't currently offer this feature.
Is support included on all plans?
Yes. Support is included on both plans. The App includes standard support, and Pro includes priority support.
Do you charge taxes (sales tax/VAT)?
Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.
