Pro is billed through Stripe. You add or remove locations in the web billing portal. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

A location means one Google Business Profile (GBP) listing (or equivalent primary listing/profile) connected to the Services. Pro is $79/mo for your first location plus $49/mo for each additional location.

Yes, on Pro. You can request access to your own dedicated sending number directly from the GiveMe5 dashboard, so SMS invitations go out from a number that's yours instead of the shared GiveMe5 number. This option is available in the US and CA only. If you'd rather use your own provider, you can also connect your own Twilio account for unlimited SMS at your own Twilio rates.

On Pro, you can connect GiveMe5 to Claude and manage your Google Business Profile in plain language: read reviews and performance, draft replies, update hours and business info, or publish a Google post. Sign in with your GiveMe5 account. Nothing publishes until you confirm the preview. The connector does not use AI Credits.

On Pro, generate an API token in Dashboard → Settings → API Keys. You can list locations and reviews, send review invitations by email or SMS, reply to Google and Facebook reviews, and create time-limited public share links. The public Postman collection has request and response examples.

AI Credits power the AI Actions you take in GiveMe5, like rank scans, AI Assistant chats, and AI-generated drafts and summaries. Different actions use different amounts of credits, so we always show you how many an action will cost before you run it. Pro includes 1,000 credits per location per month.
