We ship your Review Kit as soon as you upgrade to a paid plan. Your kit matches the plan you choose.

All kits ship from California and usually arrive within 7 business days, depending on your city.

What is an invitation, and what happens if I need more?

An invitation refers to one customer you reach out to via email and/or SMS to request a review.

‍1 customer = 1 invite used, whether you send an email, an SMS, or both.
‍No extra cost per message — all email and SMS messages are included (no SMS on Starter Plan).
‍SMS is available in: US, CA, UK, and AU.

Your monthly invitation limit is shared across all locations.

‍Example:
If your plan includes 300 invitations per month and you manage 2 locations, you could invite 200 customers from one location and 100 from the other.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Directly from your account, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle—monthly or annual—and your plan will remain active until the end of that cycle. We don’t offer refunds, but you’ll retain full access until your current billing cycle ends.

Which languages are supported on the Review Bridge?

You can set the language for each location individually.
Currently available: English, Deutsch, Italian, Bokmål, Dansk, Hebrew, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, and French.
