Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to the GiveMe5 Review Stand and related hardware purchased on giveme5.ai. The Review Stand ships within the United States only. Every order also includes one year of the GiveMe5 SOLO software plan; the software terms specific to returns and billing are described in sections 5 and 6 below.
2. 90-Day Returns
You may return your Review Stand within 90 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the stand must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase (your Stripe receipt email works).
To start a return, contact us at support@giveme5.ai. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refunded. Once we receive and inspect the returned stand, we will approve your refund as described in section 7.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your stand is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@giveme5.ai so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we will replace the item or refund you at no cost to you, and the unused and original packaging requirements of section 2 do not apply.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for what you need.
5. The Included Software Year (SOLO Plan)
Every Review Stand order includes one year of the GiveMe5 SOLO plan, activated with the code printed on your stand. If your purchase is refunded, any activation codes from that order are deactivated and the associated SOLO plan access ends.
If you never activate your code, you are never charged anything beyond the one-time purchase price.
6. Monthly Subscription After the Included Year
The $9.99/mo SOLO subscription begins only 12 months after you activate your code. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Monthly subscription charges that have already been billed are not refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days to your original payment method through Stripe. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@giveme5.ai.
8. Chargebacks
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks are handled by payment providers directly and usually take significantly longer to resolve than a standard refund handled by our team.
9. Cases We Cannot Refund
We are unable to issue a refund in the following situations:
- The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, or the business at the delivery address was closed at the time of delivery.
- The package was refused or was not collected from a pickup point.
- The stand was damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- The stand was used or is not in its original packaging, except for the damaged, defective, or wrong item cases described in section 3.
- Monthly subscription charges that have already been billed (see section 6).
10. Multi-Stand Orders
Orders with additional stands follow the same terms on a per-stand basis. You may return some or all of the stands from an order under section 2, and your refund will reflect the items actually returned at the prices you paid for them.
